Nice to see you making progress, Stephen, especially in the current environment. This all looks impressive; will be interesting to hear how the solar panel works out.

Very nice work, do you have more photos? How are the battery and cables attached? How did you make to the passes? I would be interested in photos of the whole installation. And how did you take moisture (condensation water, salt water) into account - I have with my Corrina, especially now with the weather.

Your questions:
Q:   How are the battery and cables attached?   
A:   By standard 10mm Stud type Battery terminals, 'made up' battery cables provided by IEM Electrical Services.  My battery cables were 'OCEAN FLEX' 6.0mm 50.0 amps Tinned Single Marine Cable.  IEM do a service where they will crimp and insulate them at both ends to your precise measurements.   

Q:   How did you make to the passes?   
A:   For running the cables from the battery it is simple; the battery is stored underneath the companionway steps.  The cables are routed up and through a small hole leading up to panel within the storage compartment under the entrance sill.  The standard Corribee build was to have the battery in the lazarette, in which case it would be recommended to use a cable gland to keep unwanted smells out of the cabin.

Q:   How did you take moisture (condensation water, salt water) into account.
A:    By using tinned marine cable which is not that much more expensive than stock stuff.  Blue Sea Systems Switch Panel, Tinned busbar etc.  The battery has to be well shielded as it is potentially in a vulnerable area - Cabin Sole, right under the companionway steps.  This is not difficult to achieve though.

Not sure why I hadn't seen this post before. You panel looks similar to mine, just above the top step. Did you put your battery aft of the little hatch or in front, under the step like mine? You'll I added in a battery monitor later. I also put my USB sockets on a panel on the starboard side with a pocket for the phone to sit in

Nice install, yes I put my battery in at the bottom just in the same place that you have placed yours.
I like your organisers each side of the companionway - handy.
Space for everything can be a problem - not sure you will find a tighter install space, but it can be done.
